Our Process

Our process of repairing damaged glass is a 2-stage abrading/polishing process. 

Our system removes scratches and acid damage of all sizes without visual distortion.  Depending on the type, depth and area of damage, we use a combination of different size and grades of abrasive discs.

These combinations of disc options accomplish 2 objectives.

1.  The first is to aggressively abrade the glass to the bottom of the damage and to "feather out" the surrounding glass to prevent visual distortion.  Followed by a fine abrasive to prepare the glass for polishing.

2.  The second stage is to polish the glass.  When the polishing process is complete the glass will have been repaired to it original clarity and surface tension.
