Q: What is your service area?
A: We service most of central North Carolina and southern Virginia. It runs from Winston Salem and Greensboro up to Danville, VA to Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh to Charlotte and all about all points in between.  Click here for our Our Service Area Map.

Q: How much does your service cost?
A: No two jobs are alike. We have to visually inspect each job prior to quoting you a price. The price varies depending on the type, depth and area of the damage. We will however, save you between 60% and 70% of the replacement cost.
 
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes, 110%.  We are perfectionists.  If we don't deliver what we promise, you don't pay. Click here for Our Guarantee.

Q: Do you charge for an estimate?
A: No. We do not charge for an estimate within our normal service area and there is never any obligation.

Q: What types of glass do you repair?
A: We repair virtually all types of flat glass. Tempered, Low-E, mirrors, plate and laminated.

Q: How deep of a scratch can you remove?
A: For a reference, a scratch with a depth of .002" will be enough to catch your finger nail. We regularly remove scratches and other surface damage of .004" - .010" without visual distortion.

Q: Can you remove hard water stains and mineral deposits from exposure to water?
A: Yes.

Q: Will your repair process weaken my glass?
A: No, quite the contrary. The surface damage that you have has already weakened the glass. The damage has compromised the surface tension the same way a glass cutter scores a piece of glass to affect a "clean break". Once we remove the damage, we restore the surface tension to its original integrity.
